Product Overview


The SG Cell Line 4D-NucleofectorTM X Kit L is one of our three 4D-NucleofectorTM Kits that is suited for transfecting difficult-to-transfect cell lines in the 100 µL NucleocuvetteTM Vessel format when working with the 4D-NucleofectorTM X Unit.

This kit has been determined to be optimal for transfecting following cell types:

  • Ba/F3

  • Colo-205

  • H4

  • NIH/3T3

  • Raji, Ramos

  • THP-1

  • WEHI

The respective cell type-specific Optimized Protocol or recommendation is available under "Instructions" or in our knowledge database. In this Optimized Protocol the best Nucleofection conditions are indicated. In addition, we share our experience and knowledge for treatment of this cell type.

The kit is available in different variants for either 12 or 24 reactions.
