Product Overview

The Cell Line Optimization 96-well ShuttleTM Kit is the ideal tool to conveniently and rapidly determine Nucleofection conditions for cell lines lacking an Optimized Protocol for the 96-well ShuttleTM Add-On.

With the unique capability of the 96-well ShuttleTM Add-On to address individual wells of a 96-well NucleocuvetteTM Plate with different programs, primary cell optimizations are easily performed within one experiment. Using one 96-well NucleocuvetteTM Plate and our pmaxGFPTM Vector as positive control, our three Cell Line NucleofectorTM Solutions SE, SF and SG are tested in combination with a pre-selected set of programs plus controls.
